This is the best thing that ever happened to American Fork. A chicken artichoke panini + girlchat with Megan = a little bit of paradise, even if it is absolutely freezing and snowing. And the cookies. Heaven.
If you have any excuse to be in the greater AF area, you need to try it.
(Anyone else noticed my obsession with bakeries? Blame it on the Bellino side. We Italians love our carbs.)

OMG I LOVE PARADISE. I actually met one of the CEOs last New Years in Hawaii and thanked her for all the deliciousness. I heard a rumor about the AF location, so I'm glad to know it's true! Lunch sometime??!
And just FYI, the Danes love their carbs too...(I find it no irony 'Danish' is the name of a pastry)
