Last year my landlord plowed the driveway as soon as it snowed. This year, it snowed while we were in Arizona and they didn't plow. We haven't been able to get our little car out of the driveway for more than a week.
The sad part is, minus the trees of course, that's exactly what it looks like by Belmont right now!!! Nothing like knee-deep snow in the parking lot...
Same to Orem. My brother told me that the reason State St, Geneva, 800 N and 1600 N are plowed is they are owned by the state, not the city. Everything else is ridiculously under-plowed. My brother lives on a cul-de-sac and he said they still haven't been plowed.
